Macro United

The 2023 MACRO UNITED Conference invites social work educators, students, and practitioners at all levels of practice to participate in this collaborative event where we will grapple with complex social problems; share policy research, practice, teaching wisdom; learn from each other; and strengthen partnerships to work together for social change.

Teaching Institute

The Teaching Institute is a full day pre-conference of the MACRO UNITED Conference 2023. The institute consists of intensive workshops that demonstrate key assignments, simulations, group discussions, online instruction, or other engaging teaching strategies across policy and macro curricula. Participants of the Teaching Institute enjoy hands on experimentation and expect to leave with a toolkit of innovative and creative teaching strategies.
