On June 5th, over 140 attendees joined a virtual panel hosted by the Community Health Commission of Missouri, Clark-Fox Policy Institute, and the Brown School at WashU to explore why Medicaid remains a vital lifeline for families in Missouri and across the nation.
The panel featured powerful insights from policy experts, advocates, and community leaders on the importance of protecting access to care, especially for communities most impacted by health inequities. Through data, lived experience, and community-centered strategies for civic engagement, speakers explored how individuals and organizations can take action to ensure Medicaid continues to reflect the voices and needs of the people it serves.
