IDEACon – DEIA Reimagined: A Career Symposium on Inclusion & Equity For Young People

Know a high school student or college undergrad? This free day-long event for high school juniors through college seniors aims to introduce attendees to diversity, innovation, and social equity competencies and career paths. Students will get prepared for the workplace and be empowered to make a tangible impact in the St. Louis region. They will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and attend specialized workshops across six focus areas:

  • Education & DEIA
  • Engineering & Technology
  • Arts & Design
  • Business
  • Law & Politics
  • Medicine & Science

The day will culminate in a Career & Resource Fair with local employers, supplemental education opportunities (study abroad, skills training, and more), and graduate programs!   Through engaging discussions, workshops, and networking, IDEACon aims to give attendees ideas about their future!
